HBM SoC DFT Engineer

The HBM SoC DFT Engineer is responsible for the architecture, implementation, and signoff of complex HBM base-die System-on-Chip designs within the Heterogeneous Integration Group. This role involves driving DFT architecture definition, implementing DFT logic, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust test solutions from pre-silicon development through tapeout and product bring-up. The position also focuses on developing Gen-AI driven tools and methodologies to enhance quality, scalability, and manufacturability.
