About this role

This role maintains high availability, security, and performance for Siplast’s core contractor lifecycle workflows powered by HCL Domino and Lotus Notes. The position involves leading system administration, Tier-3 technical support, and application maintenance while guiding the migration of legacy applications to modern cloud platforms like Salesforce and Tavant TWOD. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Domino environments, ensuring seamless data migration and business logic preservation during the transition.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize multi-server HCL Domino environments for high availability and performance
Serve as primary escalation point for complex Domino mail routing and database troubleshooting
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to execute legacy database audits and cloud platform migrations
