About this role
The HCM Global Process Controller will oversee the design and delivery of HR solutions across the HR Systems and Services portfolio, supporting approximately 30,000 employees. The role reports to the Head of HR Systems and leads a team of SMEs to manage the Workday platform functionally for areas including Recruitment, Talent, Payroll, Learning and Compensation & Benefits. This role serves as the Workday expert and point of contact for demonstrating technical solutions and identifying efficiency improvements across HR systems.
