Head Lifeguard

The Head Lifeguard leads other lifeguards and participates in lifeguard duties to ensure the safety of pool patrons through accident prevention, first aid, and water rescue techniques. The role involves overseeing program operations in the absence of the Recreation Supervisor and performing related duties as assigned. Incumbents work a varying schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
