Lifeguard Supervisor

Under general supervision, this role maintains safe swimming conditions and organizes swim classes at the Lompoc Aquatic Center. The incumbent ensures patron safety by preventing and responding to emergencies while providing direct leadership and instruction to students. The position involves flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires reporting to the Recreation Supervisor.
