About this role
The Asset Finance Manager will lead the newly established Asset Finance Unit in Kenya for a major regional bank, responsible for embedding and growing Asset Finance products nationwide. The role champions three core products (FlexiBuy, FlexiRent, FlexiLease), drives sales alongside Relationship Teams, and holds ultimate accountability for the unit’s performance and strategic development. It is a leadership position requiring both commercial focus and oversight of the unit’s operations and administration.
