About this role

The Sales Manager will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive adoption of Anthropic's AI solutions within the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) sector, securing strategic deals and growing revenue. The role partners closely with Applied AI Engineering, Product, GTM, and Marketing to help customers embed and deploy AI, refine market positioning, and advance responsible AI use in financial services. The manager is also responsible for developing a high-performing team and shaping the AWM sales methodology.
