Head of Autonomy

The Head of Autonomy owns Teleo's autonomy stack end-to-end, leading the engineering team across perception, simulation, controls, path planning, fleet orchestration, and learning-based methods. This senior player-coach role involves setting technical direction, making architecture calls, and staying close to the code and field data to review designs in depth. The position is accountable for autonomy performance on customer deployments across several machine types while scaling the stack to handle more machine types, sites, and tasks without compromising safety.
