Teleo
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will design and integrate vehicle-specific brackets, mounts, and mechanical interfaces for Teleo’s autonomy retrofit system across a wide range of heavy equipment platforms. You will also contribute to core product improvements that make our system more reliable, manufacturable, and easier to install in the field. This role involves hands-on work with heavy construction equipment, taking measurements, and iterating designs from concept through installation. It offers a prime opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and grow into broader, multidisciplinary, system-level integration work.
Teleo builds supervised-autonomy systems that turn existing heavy equipment into semi-autonomous, material‑moving machines. Their solution combines on‑vehicle autonomy stacks, sensors and retrofit hardware with teleoperation and fleet‑management software to deploy safely across mining, quarrying, ports, and construction sites. Teleo’s platform aims to boost productivity, lower operating costs, and improve safety while letting operators supervise and intervene as needed.
