As Head of Deployment at Serval, you will build and lead the software engineering function responsible for deploying the company's agentic AI platform into complex enterprise environments. This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership to ensure rapid value delivery while scaling standardized onboarding frameworks. You will act as a strategic advisor to IT and Security leaders, driving technical strategy and translating field insights into product improvements.
