Leads B2C debt collection and credit risk management for Octopus Energy France, defining strategy and implementing solutions to reduce unpaid bills while supporting customers in financial difficulty. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team and manages relationships with external recovery partners and institutional aid providers. It operates within the Finance function at the Paris office of a fast-growing energy scale-up and collaborates closely with Product, Tech, Data, Customer Service and Marketing teams.
