About this role

The Head of Engine Design leads the component design organization for the Internal Combustion Engine program, providing technical and people leadership to a multidisciplinary team. This role ensures the quality, technical integrity, and timely delivery of all design activities while serving as the primary interface between the design organization and key engineering functions. The position is responsible for driving design reviews, managing program schedules, and fostering engineering excellence within a high-performance racing environment.

Lead design and development of ICE components and systems from concept through validation
Own design schedules, deliverables, resource planning, and engineering milestones
Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Technical Specialists and Designers
