Head of Engineering

Nox Metals is seeking a Head of Engineering to build and lead the software organization, overseeing technical direction, engineering execution, and team development across customer software, internal operations, data, infrastructure, and machine learning. This hands-on leadership role involves setting technical strategy, establishing durable architecture, and working directly with sales, operations, and manufacturing to improve the American metals supply chain. The position requires a strong technical leader who is willing to get close to the code and factory floor while driving measurable business and operational outcomes.
