The Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations at BURGA leads the transformation of the company’s IT landscape into a structured, secure, and scalable environment supporting manufacturing and international growth. The role owns IT infrastructure, operations, and security governance across factories and offices, ensuring systems and integrations reliably support business-critical processes. This position is central to launching and scaling the new manufacturing facility in Kaunas and stabilizing day-to-day IT operations company-wide. It requires close collaboration with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and external partners to build a robust technological foundation for long-term growth.
