Head of Infrastructure & Data

As the Head of Infrastructure & Data at Lightfield, you will define and execute the infrastructure and data strategy to support the scaling of an AI-native CRM. Your responsibilities include advancing data, search, and retrieval systems, shaping event architecture for high-throughput processing, and leading a capable engineering team while mentoring engineers across the organization. The role requires extensive experience in building robust backend systems, with a focus on high-performance data infrastructure and tooling related to relational databases, full-text search, and event-driven architectures.
