Head of Learning & Development

BDO is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to lead the firmwide L&D function, initially focusing on the Audit stream before expanding to other areas. This senior leadership role involves developing curriculums, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with central teams to align learning with strategic priorities. The successful candidate will coach the team, represent the firm at external events, and drive operational transformation within the learning department.
