Head of Learning & Development

The Head of Learning & Development leads the organisation's learning, leadership, and capability agenda, ensuring initiatives align with FBD's strategic objectives and business priorities. This role partners with senior leaders to develop workforce capability, build leadership effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The position provides strategic oversight of all learning activities, including capability building, succession planning, and regulatory learning requirements.
