About this role

The Head of Operations Transformation will define and lead a global transformation roadmap to build resilient, scalable operational platforms and drive measurable outcomes aligned to firm strategy. The role partners with Technology, Product Management and business leaders to embed a common operating model and champion AI, automation and data-led decision making. This senior leader will report to the Head of Operations and work across legal, risk and compliance to ensure robust, compliant change.
