About this role
The Head of Transformation and Change will design and lead the ICO’s enterprise-wide transformation, building and delivering change capability across the organisation. They will define strategies, desired outcomes and success measures for major transformation initiatives and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. The role includes leading a team of transformation, business analysis and change management professionals and managing strategic external partnerships.
