Tortuga Cayman
The Tortuga Rum Company seeks a senior operations leader to oversee the operational backbone of its business across Grand Cayman sites. Reporting to the COO, this role manages warehouses, facilities, estates, maintenance, logistics, physical security, and capital projects while leading a multi-functional team of up to 25. The leader must balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning and continuous improvement across all operational domains.
Tortuga Cayman (Tortuga Rum Company) is a locally owned and operated Cayman Islands–based retailer founded in 1984, specializing in beer, wine, spirits, and their world-famous Cayman Rum Cakes — the #1 export of the Cayman Islands. They offer same-day, island-wide delivery (free for orders over $50) in Grand Cayman, Monday through Saturday, via their online shop. In addition to retail, Tortuga operates on-site rum distilleries where visitors can tour the production process and bottle their own rum to take home.
