Tortuga Rum Company is seeking a skilled IT Technician to support the IT Manager in delivering reliable, secure technology across the business. The role covers corporate offices, retail locations, and bonded warehouses throughout Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support, maintain point-of-sale and network infrastructure, and contribute to IT projects.
Tortuga Cayman (Tortuga Rum Company) is a locally owned and operated Cayman Islands–based retailer founded in 1984, specializing in beer, wine, spirits, and their world-famous Cayman Rum Cakes — the #1 export of the Cayman Islands. They offer same-day, island-wide delivery (free for orders over $50) in Grand Cayman, Monday through Saturday, via their online shop. In addition to retail, Tortuga operates on-site rum distilleries where visitors can tour the production process and bottle their own rum to take home.
