Head of Operations

The Head of Operations is responsible for building and managing the operational system for Bike Club's Rainham site, which will serve as both a refurbishment centre and national distribution hub. This role focuses on demand planning, data integrity, inventory governance, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and effective site performance. The position involves leading multiple site functions, including distribution, warehouse, and mechanic teams, while driving performance metrics and maintaining high safety standards.
