Retention Lead

Bike Club is seeking a senior, hands-on Retention Lead to build and enhance the company's retention capabilities across the UK and Germany for a three-month period. This role focuses on designing and implementing customer journeys, analyzing churn data, and delivering quick wins to improve early-life retention and reduce voluntary cancellations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to establish a clear retention strategy and reliable reporting systems before handing over to a permanent hire.
