The Head of Product Compliance leads a centralized operations function responsible for ensuring Justworks products and processes are compliant by design and aligned with evolving regulatory standards. This executive role sets strategic direction to elevate product compliance as a business differentiator, strengthen customer trust, and enable customers to meet complex payroll, tax, payments, employment, and benefits requirements across jurisdictions. The position partners with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to translate regulatory insight into sustainable organizational practices.
