Head of Security

The Head of Security at Eight Sleep is tasked with developing and leading the security strategy across physical, digital, and operational realms, ensuring the protection of data, systems, and customer trust. This cross-functional role involves collaborating with various teams, executing risk assessments, overseeing compliance with security frameworks (such as SOC 2 and GDPR), and implementing security by design in all products. The position demands expertise in cybersecurity specific to mobile applications, IoT, and cloud infrastructure, alongside strong leadership skills to communicate risks and build a comprehensive security program.
