Head of Technology Risk & Security

The Head of Technology Risk & Security at Addi is responsible for establishing and leading the Technology Risk and Cybersecurity function, ensuring compliance and aligning technology practices with the company’s risk appetite. This role involves developing a comprehensive Technology & Security Risk Framework, overseeing incident management and response processes, and fostering a risk-aware culture across the organization. The Head of Technology Risk will also define and maintain risk appetite metrics, conduct independent assessments of technology risks, and engage with executive leadership to communicate critical risk insights and strategies.
