Head of Security

The Head of Security will own end-to-end security for NEAR's high‑risk entities, overseeing cloud, identity, smart contract, key management, incident response, offensive testing, and AI risk across the ecosystem. The role involves building a lean security function, defining standards, and leading response to both traditional and on‑chain incidents.
