Security Leader

Sequencing is seeking its first dedicated security leader to build and own the security function from the ground up, focusing on policy creation, offensive security, and incident response. This hands-on role involves executing the majority of the work personally, including triaging pentest findings and configuring controls, while setting the company's AI security posture. The position reports to the Head of Engineering and is responsible for achieving SOC 2 readiness and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
