Head of Services

The Head of Services at Common Room is responsible for leading and scaling the company's services organization, focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes and driving operational excellence. This role includes managing the P&L, guiding pricing and packaging strategies, and ensuring resource planning aligns with company growth. The Head of Services will build and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating across functions such as Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Finance to align service strategies with business goals. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in client implementation and professional services, coupled with strong leadership and strategic capabilities.
