Head of Structured Solutions

The Head of Structured Solutions will own and expand Xapo Bank's product offering, including yield products, tokenisation, and asset-backed lending, while managing an established revenue-generating credit fund. This role involves setting the strategic direction for structured products, overseeing credit due diligence, and building relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders. The position requires a blend of credit underwriting expertise, product structuring experience, and team leadership to drive growth in the digital asset and traditional finance intersection.
