The Head of Systems, Risks & Controls defines and delivers the global strategy for finance systems, risk management, and internal controls across the Group. This role leads the design and stabilization of a high-performing global team to ensure robust governance, scalable processes, and a sustainable control environment aligned to SOX and regulatory requirements. The position operates at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Risk to drive transformation across Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver global Systems, Risk & Controls strategy aligned to Finance transformation objectives
Lead governance and optimization of core finance systems including Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms
Drive continuous improvement of finance technology landscape and ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
