About this role

Head of Talent Acquisition at Shaper will establish and lead a centralized recruiting function across the portfolio to attract founding, executive, technical, and high-agency generalist talent. This is a remote, high-agency position with occasional travel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
