About this role

This role is Executive Assistant to the CEO who also runs core portfolio-facing talent and operational workflows for Shaper. The position creates leverage for the CEO while supporting Builders-in-Residence logistics, hiring operations, onboarding, offers and agreements, events, and operating cadence. It blends high-trust executive support with hands-on business operations and portfolio coordination to support investment activity and company outcomes.
