Head of Technology

The Head of Technology at EPM leads the overall technology strategy within a regulated mortgage lending environment. The role oversees all technology functions, including infrastructure, engineering, data, analytics, and security, with a focus on scalable growth and regulatory compliance. This leader will drive modernization of mortgage platforms, adoption of AI and automation, and the development of high-performing onshore and offshore teams. The position is fully remote and supports EPM’s mission to deliver exceptional borrower and employee experiences.
