About this role
The Head of Workplace & Facilities Europe at Richemont leads the Group’s European portfolio of corporate, retail and logistics properties and ensures alignment with overall real estate strategy. Reporting to the Real Estate Director Europe, the role supports over 200 sites and around 3,000 employees across multiple countries and serves as the central liaison between Group Management, Regions and Maisons. It drives workplace planning, portfolio optimization and the evolution of the Buildings & Offices services community.
