The Head of Structures will define and execute the structural engineering strategy for Canada Rocket Company's orbital launch vehicle, overseeing design, analysis, material selection, manufacturing, testing, and qualification of major load‑bearing systems. This senior leader will build and mentor a high‑performing structures, thermal, and mechanical engineering team while collaborating closely with propulsion, fluids, mechanisms, integration, and mission teams to ensure robust, mass‑efficient solutions.
