Structures Engineering Lead

This role involves building and leading the team responsible for the structural backbone of an orbital-class reusable launch vehicle, defining the structural engineering strategy, and overseeing the design and delivery of major load-bearing systems. The position requires hands-on leadership in structural design, analysis, material selection, and manufacturing to ensure the vehicle's efficiency, manufacturability, and robustness. Success entails establishing design standards, mentoring a technical team, and driving the development of primary structures from concept through flight hardware.
