Health Information Coder

The Health Information Coder provides exceptional customer care to consumers, visitors, and staff while utilizing coding work queues in the electronic health record to assign accurate and applicable codes. This role requires daily communication with the Coding Supervisor and Billing Staff to resolve coding and claim processing issues promptly. The position also involves participating in regular coding education meetings and maintaining necessary certifications and continuing education units.
