Help Desk Tier 1 Support

This role provides in-person, on-premises IT support for the US Navy SUBMEPP client, handling help desk tickets via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. The position requires resolving common technical issues, maintaining knowledge base articles, and ensuring service level requirements are met. It also involves supporting production IT systems, managing user account orientations, and assisting with device setup and inventory.
