Helpdesk Technician

Digital Consultants is seeking three Helpdesk Technicians to provide on-site Tier I and Tier II support to the Naval Medical Leader and Professional Development Command. The role focuses on restoring desktop computers, laptops, Apple devices, and network connectivity to full operational status while delivering responsive customer support in a secure Department of Defense environment. This position requires troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing trouble tickets, and coordinating with network and application teams to resolve complex incidents.
