High Rise Mechanic

The High Rise Mechanic ensures all personal, facility, and department safety standards are met while performing routine repairs and maintenance on electrical, control, HVAC, and electronic systems. This role involves analyzing equipment issues, executing repairs, and testing for correct results, often operating the Customer Call Center and control room on a 24/7 basis. The position requires working independently or under supervision to maintain building and computer system operations.
