The HCBS Provider Quality Specialist focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of Home and Community Based Services providers in Central and Western Iowa. The role includes evaluating new HCBS provider applicants, supporting their onboarding, and conducting initial quality oversight reviews. The position also involves providing technical assistance on policy and procedure development, training design, and adherence to state and federal regulations. This role is field-based within Iowa and supports Telligen’s mission to improve health outcomes through rigorous provider quality management.
