The Home Care Scheduler at WelbeHealth supports the PACE program’s mission to help seniors remain safely in their homes by supporting Home Services operations. Reporting to the Home Care Supervisor, the role interfaces with participants, families, vendors, and staff to support high-quality, value-based care.
