In-Home Scheduler

The In-Home Care Scheduler provides efficient scheduling and administrative services to the PACE Home Care Department, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and the timely provision of Personal Care Services in participant homes and the Adult Day Health Center. This role involves coordinating with the PACE Interdisciplinary Team to schedule approved Home Care services efficiently, monitoring caregiver assignments, and maintaining accurate participant schedules and medical records. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative software to support the Home Care Manager in meeting staffing and budget goals.
