About this role

The Home Health Care Navigator role supports growth of the Home Health ministry across Bellefontaine, Marysville, Dublin, and New Albany, Ohio by developing community and referral relationships. The position involves representing Otterbein in local networks and coordinating efforts to increase post-acute skilled home health census.
