Otterbein is seeking a Home Health & Hospice Social Worker to provide psychosocial support to terminally ill patients and their families within hospice/home health services. This role is part of Otterbein’s person-centered care model and works closely with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary care team. The position is PRN (as-needed).
