About this role
The RN Clinical Nurse at ThedaCare delivers patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum, supporting departmental goals and promoting professional nursing practice. The role is accountable for providing compassionate, safe care in accordance with Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policy and may include skilled home-care visits where nurses work independently while supported by an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- American Heart Association BLS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO)
- Minimum 2 Years L&D Experience (where specified)
