The Home Medical Equipment Coordinator supports Home Services by managing the intake and coordination of home medical equipment and supply orders while serving as a central liaison among referral sources, providers, patients, and internal teams. The role is based in Salt Lake City and ensures accurate documentation, verification of patient needs and insurance status, and clear communication throughout the order lifecycle. Field roles additionally perform deliveries and in-home equipment setups or fittings.
