Homeowner Experience Coordinator

This role serves as the primary point of contact for 85 homeowners at the Lodges, ensuring a high-touch experience through steady communication, administrative management, and service coordination. The position supports the effective operation of the Homeowners Association (HOA) and requires being onsite five days a week. Key duties include managing owner onboarding, handling reservations, processing billing, and assisting with maintenance requests and property updates.
