Horticulture Supervisor/ Assistant Horticulture Supervisor

The Horticulture Supervisor/Assistant Horticulture Supervisor provides timely and reliable support for the supervision of gardeners while directly performing gardening care and maintenance of the Scott Arboretum & Gardens plant collections. The role involves supervising horticulturists, interns, and student workers, coordinating restoration projects, and ensuring proper record keeping and inventory management for the department. This position also supports the Arboretum’s educational and outreach programs while fulfilling the missions of the Arboretum and Swarthmore College.
